راهنمای بکارگیری استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی در حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط
این راهنمای عملی توسط کارگروه عملیات کوچک و متوسط فدراسیون بین المللی حسابداران تهیه و ارائه شده است . این کتاب، برگردان به فارسی سومین نسخه از راهنمای بکارگیری استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی در حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط می‌باشد که در سال 2011 ارائه شده است. نسخه دوم این راهنما در سال 2007 با مسئولیت کارگروه عملیات کوچک و متوسط فدراسیون بین المللی حسابداران و توسط انجمن حسابداران خبره کانادا تدوین و ارائه گردیده است . کارگروه از آن زمان تا سال 2011 ، برخی از موضوعات فنی و تخصصی را بهبود بخشیده و اصلاحاتی را در نسخه دوم بوجود آورده است.
این راهنما به این دلیل تدوین شده است که همراه با استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی مطالعه شود نه به عنوان جایگزین آنها.
برخی از مهمترین فواید این کتاب به این شرح می‌باشد:
- نظر به اینکه بخش بسیار بزرگی از اقتصاد جهان و ایران را شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط تشکیل می‌دهد از این راهنما می‌توان برای حسابرسی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط استفاده کرد.
- این راهنما، امکان مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه مفاد استانداردهای حسابرسی مختلف را بیش از پیش فراهم می‌سازد.
- بعنوان منابع درسی در دانشگاهها و مدارس عالی ، موسسات حسابرسی و مراجع حرفه‌ای قابل استفاده است.
- امکان دستیابی به آخرین استانداردهای حسابرسی منتشر شده را برای خوانندگان فراهم می‌سازد.
- مندرجات کتاب اول با عنوان مفاهیم اصلی و کتاب دوم با عنوان راهنمای عملی ، مجموعه رهنمودهای کاملی را برای حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط، فراهم می‌سازد.
- این راهنما قصد دارد تا از طریق توضیحات بیشتر و مثالهای تشریحی، کارشناسان را قادر سازد تا شناخت عمیق تری از اجرای حسابرسی براساس استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی را بدست آورند.
- این راهنما به حسابرسان کمک می‌کند تا حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط را با کیفیت بالا و بهای تمام شده مناسب انجام داده و خدمات بهتری را به عموم ارائه نمایند.
- استفاده از این راهنما، منجر به درک و شناخت بهتر متخصصان و اجرای یکنواخت استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی در حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط می‌شود.
- نظر به انطباق استانداردهای حسابرسی ایران با استانداردهای حسابرسی بین المللی، مندرجات این کتاب با استانداردهای حسابرسی ایران یکسان و کاربرد آن برای استفاده کنندگان به آسانی امکانپذیر است.
راهنمای بکارگیری استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی در حسابرسی واحدهای تجاری کوچک و متوسط در دو جلد : کتاب اول- مفاهیم اصلی و کتاب دوم- راهنمای عملی است.
کتاب اول، به بررسی کلی حسابرسی پرداخته و مفاهیم اصلی حسابرسی مانند اهمیت ، ادعاها ، کنترل‌های داخلی ، روش‌های ارزیابی خطر و استفاده از روش‌های حسابرسی اضافی در واکنش به خطرهای شناسایی شده را ارائه می‌کند. این کتاب همچنین شامل چکیده‌ای از الزامات استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی مرتبط با موضوعات مطرح شده مانند برآوردهای حسابداری، اشخاص وابسته ، رویدادهای پس از تاریخ ترازنامه، تداوم فعالیت ، الزامات مستند سازی و ارائه اظهار نظر در مورد صورت‌های مالی است.
کتاب اول دارای 17 فصل است که هر فصل دارای عنوان فصل، نمودار فرآیند حسابرسی ، محتوای فصل و استانداردهای بین المللی حسابرسی مرتبط با آن و بررسی کلی و مواد هر فصل ، نکات قابل توجه و مطالعه افته‌ها می‌باشد و در پایان کتاب نیز واژه نامه انگلیسی به فارسی و فارسی به انگلیسی قرار گرفته است.
